Designed Draft Plan Available for Public Review!
The designed draft of the Biodiversity and Urban Forest Plan is now available for public review: Designed Draft Plan
The Plan reflects input received throughout the development process and represents an important step toward final adoption.
Following the Parks and Recreation Commission meeting on January 21, 2026, the draft was updated to incorporate Commission feedback and improve coordination with related City efforts. These refinements further strengthen and clarify the plan’s overall vision and framework.
The designed draft will be presented to the City Council on April 28, 2026 at 5:00 pm.
