Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting

Thanks to all of those who joined us for the Biodiversity and Urban Forest Plan community engagement opportunity at the Parks and Recreation Commission meeting on September 11^th. SFEI gave a great presentation about the project, including preliminary details and insights on what the research and findings indicate and how that information will guide the content and recommendations in the Plan. There was also a summary of initial public input received from the pop-up, workshop and youth event and how that will feedback be incorporated into the Plan. PRC and community members asked thoughtful questions and shared valuable ideas and viewpoints.
