Final Parks and Recreation Strategic Plan

The City Council adopted the Parks and Recreation Strategic Plan on May 26, 2026. Following adoption, the final Plan was updated to incorporate Council direction and complete final formatting and editorial revisions.

The City is now transitioning to the implementation phase. Staff will develop a public dashboard and an annual report, both available in fall 2027, for the community to follow the progress in completing steps towards the goals and strategies outlined in the plan.
