CITY OF MOUNTAIN VIEW PUBLIC ART STRATEGY 2025-2026

The City of Mountain View, in partnership with San Jose-based consultant team Art Builds Community, has launched the process to shape the future of public art in Mountain View. Building upon the work done by the City’s Visual Arts Committee, this strategy will:

  • Establish a long-term vision and goals for public art in Mountain View
  • Identify implementation priorities
  • Explore funding strategies
  • Plan for maintenance and care for artworks

This is a multi-phase project that will culminate in a comprehensive 10-year Public Art Strategy, guiding the future of public art in Mountain View over the next ten years.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
